I have been on a path of health and wellness. I have a history of health and relationship challenges and have been a seeker for over 20 years to help myself and others. I have learned lots along the way to help myself and I love helping others in their health, wellness and spiritual gorwth. I have studied and trained in several modalities such as energy worker, meditation, prayer, crystals, and intuition for readings and messages. I am most excited about practicing a Jungian Coaching Model utilizing shadow work, working with dreams and visualization.
